OUR UNIQUE PERSPECTIVE

Armed with the experience of building a new multi-family office from Day 1, Atrina was launched to focus on helping other family offices, hedge funds and RIAs build their business in the right way.

Our goal is to help each firm make the right strategic decisions in real-time to limit costs and build scalable infrastructure that will flexibly and cost-efficiently support future growth.

Why we’re different

With over 17 years of operational experience at big banks, hedge funds and RIAs and our most recent experience of building a new multi-family office, we understand the operational challenges you’re facing.

Atrina can answer the most critical operational demands for your firm, whether you’re a new firm trying to put your money to work as quickly as possible or an established firm faced with the dynamic needs of complex portfolios. We combine our experience with a hands-on approach to develop efficient policies and procedures, automate workflows and enable you to focus more on investment decisions and serving your clients or investors.

About our Founder

Ryan Donovan founded Atrina Advisory in 2018 after serving as a Principal, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of a $700M+ Registered Investment Advisor (“RIA”). He was responsible for building the company’s operational and financial infrastructure, designing systems based on best practices and implementing a robust system of checks and balances across the firm.

He also spent five years leading the day-to-day operations for a peak $7B AUM global Event-Driven hedge fund in New York City and designed and implemented operational procedures for a new fixed income derivatives trading desk at a bank in Boston.
